* Handling Agreements (NDA&MSA), Researching potential sales leads and Negotiations with prospects/clients
* Must have extensively used Web Technology for Posting Resumes on behalf of consultants on different websites.
* Must have thorough understanding of IT products&trends and experience in consulting on sourcing strategies, customer relationship management,


Must have Staffing Experience with:

* Demonstrated ability to recruit consulting resources and interacting with US clients for their job requirements.
* Extensive experience of Internet Recruiting for candidates and industry leads, pre-screening to quality potential candidates
