· 3+ yrs of systems architecture, design and development experience and at least 8+ years of overall IT experience · Demonstrated programming proficiency in C++, COM/ DCOM, C#, ASP.Net, Reporting Services, SQL Server · Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as MOSS 2007, MS CRM, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, .Net 3.5. Knowledge in MS CRM is not mandatory. · Ability to design a solution using Microsoft Platform, both at the high level and at the low level design that includes how exactly the solution will be built with MS platform with focus on performance, security and extensibility · Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new technologies · Experience in teaming with the client team to provide architectural solution for the business problem · Mentoring junior Architects
