We have an urgent opening for SAS Technical Lead for our Client, which is a CMM Level - 5 Company. The position is permanent and the job location Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
Should possess indepth knowledge on SAS Basel II CRMS (Credit risk management solution).
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of existing implementation.
Any changes to the environment and rules needs to be monitored and resolved.
Good troubleshooting attitude and working knowledge of tool set is a must.
Responsible for proposing and designing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical, process requirements.
Responsible for process implementation for large accounts and ensure process compliance.
Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues Ensure that service delivery takes pl ace based on the Service level agreements.
Provide technical consultation to the customers and keep them updated with the current technological advancements. Ensure that quality is used as a tool to imp rove customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained Responsible for generating Installation analysis report and other such documents Establish and enhance relationship with customers/clients and Principals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Should possess in-depth knowledge on Business Objects (BO), Webi and other BO tools and sound Database, SQL and PL SQL skills.
Should have necessary worked as technical lead in BO for at least 2 years and should have work experience in BO for 5 to 8 yrs.
