. Responsibilities include coordinating hardware/software installations, security roll-outs, and acts as a liaison between the Business Unit and the software/hardware vendors. The Senior Systems Services & Support Analyst also provides leadership on organizational projects, hosting collaborative meetings with multiple support groups (Business Units, Engineering, Distribution, etc.) while driving process improvements to completion. Under minimal management direction, the Senior Systems Services & Support Analyst is able to make decisions related to operating system and application installations and troubleshooting. He or she makes these decisions by building consensus amongst various technicians or customers. The Senior Systems Services & Support Analyst works with the Principal Systems Services & Support Analysts or management to determine root cause. Skills required : ADS, Windows 2000, 2003, DNS, and DHCP Certifications : MCSE Certification preferred Experience : 3- 8 Years
