The individual must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment. Prior experience in a Consulting role will be a plus. The right candidate should have the quality to interface with international colleagues, clients and demonstrate leadership skills.
This position may require occasional international or domestic travel on work. The candidate must be willing and open to travel when required.
Other requirements:
• Excellent English written and spoken skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment;
• All roles at B&D require client facing skills. The right candidate should have the quality to interface with the clients and demonstrate leadership skills;
• You must have demonstrated stability in prior employment tenures. Candidates who have changed jobs frequently in recent years are generally ineligible to join the B&D team;
• Selected candidates must be able to join within a month or less. Candidates with longer contractual notice periods will only be considered if they can join in this time-frame
