  2. Performs customer-oriented activities.
  3. Works on shift to cover 24 x 7
  4. Provides solution to customer using FAQ's, our Knowledge Database, etc.
  5. Works on initial triage and distributes cases to next level of support engineers, as needed
  6. Follows CollabNet Support Defined processes
